三、5G應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景成疑背景下銅箔市場(chǎng)面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)
1. 技術(shù)開發(fā)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)
在5G通訊技術(shù)應(yīng)用前,我國柔性線路板消費(fèi)領(lǐng)域主要集中在消費(fèi)電子、汽車電子、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信等領(lǐng)域。就FPC終端應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域而言,智能手機(jī)、平板電腦等消費(fèi)電子對(duì)FPC的消費(fèi)量占比超過70%,汽車電子等其他領(lǐng)域?qū)PC的需求處于低位。數(shù)據(jù)顯示,2019年柔性線路板智能手機(jī)領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用規(guī)模為526.93億元,占比40.44%;平板電腦領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用規(guī)模218.51億元,占比16.77%。
5G技術(shù)應(yīng)用后,推動(dòng)了我國柔性電路板整體提升,但其發(fā)展方向更側(cè)重于5G通訊領(lǐng)域,對(duì)比于應(yīng)用前,國有柔性電路板產(chǎn)研方向更側(cè)重于電子消費(fèi)產(chǎn)品,在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的產(chǎn)研能力相對(duì)薄弱,若未來5G技術(shù)發(fā)展方向如樓繼偉先生所指將應(yīng)用于工業(yè)領(lǐng)域,我國現(xiàn)有的柔性電路板產(chǎn)研能力并不足以支撐其進(jìn)行迅速適配,需要較長時(shí)間進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)***轉(zhuǎn)變,銅箔作為柔性電路板產(chǎn)業(yè)上游在產(chǎn)研技術(shù)上將面臨較大變革。
2. 外部產(chǎn)品替代風(fēng)險(xiǎn)

SK Nexilis, a subsidiary of SK Group, has invested 240 billion won (1.43 billion yuan) in the construction of two lithium copper foil plants, No. 5 and No. 6, in Jingyi, jeolla-do, South Korea. Production is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2022. SK Nexilis will increase its copper foil capacity to 52,000 tonnes when it goes into production. The new plant will produce 50,000 tons of copper foil a year, enough to produce batteries for about 2.2 million electric cars, and has already secured an order worth about 100 billion won, will supply copper foil to an international battery manufacturer. The deal supplies about 80 per cent of the capacity of DOOSAN's Hungarian company. It can be predicted that if the application scenario of 5G technology changes in the future, copper foil as the upstream of FPC industry chain, China will face the same situation in the European lithium-electric copper foil market due to insufficient technology reserves. Future trend of copper foil industry. Technology transformation the application scenario of 5G technology in the future will gradually shift from the field of communication to the field of high-speed mobile industry.
