1. Creating a new process for cross-border integration

One is to further control the ceiling of electrolytic aluminum and copper, lead and zinc smelting overcapacity, increase the proportion of clean energy use, expand the use of renewable Non-ferrous metal, and strive for more advanced carbon peak industry.
