Minister of Housing and Urban-rural Development:
It is understood that since 2018, the Ministry of Housing and urban-rural development has successively carried out pilot work on the construction of urban smart car infrastructure and mechanisms in Ningbo, Zhejiang, Deqing County, Zhejiang, Quanzhou, Putian, Wuhan, Hubei and Guangzhou, Guangdong. At the end of 2020, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development, together with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, also launched a pilot of smart city infrastructure and smart networked cars for collaborative development. The pilot will focus on four main areas:
1. To explore ways to build intelligent urban roads and support the coordinated development of vehicle and road.
